So...Who am I and why should you listen to me?
I am Michael Power (not Fox). After starting my first business at age 19, I began to study the lessons from..."The Secret", before there was..."The Secret"! Think and Grow rich, Psycho-Cybernetics, The Magic of Thinking Big, etc. I have had a 30 year successful business career putting those philosophies into practice. At 26, I was living in Anaheim, California and was the Director of Sales and a partner in a national marketing company. After creating a concept and a sales aid that I called "The Silent Salesman", I was able to build a team and recruit over 7,500 direct sales people in just 10 months.
This month I am celebrating my 20th year in the manufactured housing industry. I began as an MHP investment real estate analyst and became a broker and a turn around consultant. I then built an investment and property management firm specializing in mobile home parks, acquiring and managing 21 properties and over 3,100 sites.
In January of 2007, seeing and knowing first hand the challenges in this industry, I began to adjust my schedule. I began a personal crusade to provide some of the revolutionary concepts that I have developed and perfected over the years to find, buy, manage, and improve the profitability or mobile home parks.
I provide my expertise, consulting, and systems to owners, investors, park brokers, home investors (aka lonnie deals). And yes...I can help you make money even in a down market and while de-stressing your life.
