I am Michael Power, 22 years in M.F.H. Industry as a community owner/operator, creator of the the "Complete On-Site Manager" and consultant to both newer and experienced community owners, nationwide. Built based on a "franchise model concept" my systems can put your manager(s) on Auto-Pilot so that the owner or the regional supervisor can focus on the critical and important issues in running your operation.
After starting my first business at age 19, I began to study lessons from "The Secret" before there was ... "The Secret". Books such as, "Think and Grow Rich", "Psycho-Cybernetics", "The Magic of Thinking Big", and many other well-known repositories of knowledge from successful names in business who know how to think outside the box. Putting those philosophies into practice netted me 30 successful years as a business leader.
While living in Anaheim, California 25 years ago, I was the Director of Sales at a national marketing company. I created a concept there called "The Silent Salesman". Using this sales aid, I was able to recruit a team of over 7,500 direct sales people in just 10 months. This was the beginning of my unique ability to create repeatable processes that drive financial success.
Over 20 years ago my attention turned to the manufactured housing industry. I began as a MHC investment real estate analyst, then became a broker and a turn-around consultant. Then, I built an investment and property management firm specializing in mobile home communities (aka Manufactured Home Communities) During this time I acquired and managed 21 properties and over 3,100 sites within a 7-year period. In order to manage this large number of properties I created and put into practice the policies and procedures that evolved into the Remote Control Management System.
